I want to buy a pair of boat or deck shoes, two eyelets, made in America, do not care if they cost more.  Just want made in American.  Your help is appreciated.

I did some looking for ya. You will have to read this link, as you are limited on choices. There are very few companies that still have the balls to continue to manufacture shoes in the USA. They are linked from this link...

They still manufacture located in Red Wing Minnesota.  They do carry some other shoes they don't make.  Very good quality!!  Buckfever
