This is an insulated pouch that you put a large chemical warmer pad in. It fits over the end of your boot. I wear a size 15 Baniff and they just fit. I put the handwarmer pad in the pouch and in my jacket pockets and let them get warm then I put them on in the stand. Works very well. Not made to walk in. They have a Web site. Buckfever
