I have found a used 22/45, that Im considering.  I really like the way it feels.  How many of you folks have one, and what do you think about them.  What is the main difference in Mark II, and the III's.  Thanks

I've got one. Just posted on another board how much fun I had today running 550 rounds of Remington through this morning. I have the 5 1/2inch barrel model. I really like the way it fits in my hand. Never had a MK II so don't know the differences, but I'll bet it has to do with safety stuff.
Love those .41s'

I have a Mark III hunter and love it.  The main difference is the location of the mag release (It's now where it should be in my opinion, right under the thumb), fiber-optic sights,  and the loaded chamber indicator (which for me is a non-issue).  I shot it right along side my buddy's MArk II and they are similar in accuracy.  If you like the polymer frame and 1911 grip, then by all means, go for it, they are fine handguns.
