Repair Turn around...
« on: June 22, 2005, 05:05:35 PM »
Some of you may be familiar with the difficulties I've had with my new Handi.

It's been sent in, and reached H&R on the 14th. I would imagine that it has been fixed and sent back? Should I call or email? What's the current service load like?

Thanks
Ken

Give them a call in the morning to talk directly with them...that way you can get a time line on it...

lol... The only problem is the grouchy receptionist. Maybe I'll have the girlfriend do it.

Maybe I'll just wait...

You can email them, they don't grouch then, they're just short with their answers! If you send it tonight, they'll reply in the am....ask for a tracking number when it ships....amd reimbursement for the shipping cost!!

I'll email. Thanks for the addy quick. They issued a call tag and picked up the rifle no cost to me. I've been impressed, except for the grouch answering phones.
