Im looking for a site that gives step by step instructions on the best way to skin a hog. I dont need written instructions with slang in them that the begginer will not understand.

PLease let me know as simply as possiable.

I can tell you a couple of handy tips, but no details.

First, get the EZhanger below.    It saves so much time and aggravation.

Second, use a water hose sprayer, if possible, to bathe the hog before you start.    Never seen a clean live hog and it will make the entire process less messy and more sanitary.   Start at the top and work down.  Takes a little while cause the hair catches lots of the wallowed in dirt, but sure make a clean photo too!

Third, make a cut down the center of the back when you are skinning to match the one down the front when you gutted (field-dressed) the hog.
The skin peels off much easier when in two pieces and it is a quick cut.

I think Kevin does over at www.texasboars.com The best I recall he has photos of him doing the job and he's as good and as fast at it as I've seen.
