Hey did anybody else see that new world record freshwater fish catch? A 650 lb cat caught in the Mekong river. My questions are: How old would it have to be to be that big? How can any fish eat enough other fish in freshwater to get to 650 lbs? What gear did they use to land it? It was shown on our local news at 6pm and was as long as two men's "wingspans" but looked like the biggest channel cat imaginable.
