? about accessory barrels

This may be a dumb question but I am considering ordering a new barrel for one of my handi's. I own a number of these rifles but never have added a barrel on one of them. My ? is when you have more than one barrel to fit the frame does interchanging them affect the scope/sight setting or do they remain the same consistently?

Each barrel has it's own scope/sight, the only variable when you put a barrel back on a frame is how tight the forend screw is, if it's always tightened the same, POI will not change.
