What I mean is, you need to know what you're trying to accomplish with each step, so that you can tell if your set-up is working properly. You need to be able to tell whether your product is useable, before you wind up with a bunch of ammo that needs the bullets pulled.
For instance, there's more to setting up a sizing die than screwing it into the press head and cranking the press arm. To get the best accuracy, the sized case should come out of the die with as little runout as possible.
For sure, once you have your dies setup in the turet, they should remain adjusted for the next time you need them. I'm just suggesting that a person should learn to walk before trying to run.
