Bought a DW .44 Can you help with the age?

Ran across a sweet DW .44 Mag this weekend.  Has only the lightest of dragline on the cyclinder.  Bluing is probably 99%.  Has a ported shroud, but the 6" barrel is not bored.  (Thank Heaven!)   Serial number is 44B005xxx.  Monson, of course.  Any guesses as to the time it was produced?  I'd really appreciate  some input on this.
Took it to the range yesterday and was amazed at the way it shot.  Can't wait to get at the guys at the Saturday morning plate shoot with this baby!
Think I payed a bit much for it at $400, but I've come to the conclusion that the pleasure of owning these fine handguns over-rides the need to buy at the best possible price.  In the end it's really worth what  I think it's worth.  It joins my .357 Mag. and .357 SuperMag and I'm still looking!

I JUST CONTACTED CZUSA ABOUT A MODEL 15 I WANTED A BARREL FOR AND THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY INFO ON DATING OR SERIAL NUMBERS. BUT IF YOU COULD SEND ME A PICTURE OF THE GUN DISASSEMBLED I COULD GIVE YOU A ROUGH IDEA OF WHEN IT WAS MADE. IT DEPENDS WHAT THE BARREL IS SHAPED LIKE AND IF THE GRIP POST IS ROUND OR SQUARE. I BELIEVE THEY ONLY MADE GUNS IN MONSON FROM 1970 THRU 1989, BUT MAYBE SOMEONE ELSE KNOWS FOR SURE. ANYWAY YOU CAN BE SURE YOU BOUGHT A FINE REVOLVER. I HAVE A MODEL 15 IN 357, AND A STAINLESS 44 I USE FOR DEER HUNTING, AND I LOVE SHOOTING BOTH OF THEM.
