Need info re action job for Marlin (older model) 44 mag

I bought a pretty nice older 44 mag Marlin and would like to get the action smoothed out some.  It is a little rough when you work the lever.  I would appreciate any info.

Do a search on tuning or gunsmithing 1894's.  Here's one link to try.
