FYI in WV you can only carry a handgun concealed while bow hunting if you have a CCW permit and keep it concealed. I'm not trying to flame anyone here, just passing on info. The handgun is for personal protection only as per hunting regs.  :D

I figure about 10 feet. a nice 'freezer-type' doe walked out from behind my blind, stopped and looked at me and I gave her 240 gr of lead. I came out ahead in the encounter and well fed for some time.
