Holster Help for a Bulldog Pug
« on: August 30, 2005, 04:01:38 PM »
Just got myself a new 44 S&W bulldog and am having trouble finding a holster to fit it. I would like a Kydex Paddle holster. I have not had a chance to shoot it yet. I bought a box of silver tips but think the Federal 200 grain lead hollow point may be the load I carry just because it is reported to penetrate deeper. Never know when you may need go deep.

I thought the Bulldog Pug 44 was a made by Charter?  If so, then any holster made for a Colt detective 6 shot will fit in the correct barrel length.  You can use a holster for an S&W K frame.  They are a little loose, but you can tighten up the retaining strap.  I'm using one now for my Charter for belt carry and a Blade-tec IWB made for a Colt for concealment.  44 Man
