Makes me want to send my frame off for about 10 barrels in a popular caliber for the sole intent of ebaying them.  Mebbe I could afford some more toys courtesy of those that love a good bidding war.

Have you thought of the possibility that these used barrels maybe being purchased by individuals who can not take advantage of the factory barrel program? Like our friends living in Canada? Just a thought.

Wally, i've sold 2 barrels on ebay. There rules prohibit you from shipping the barrels outside of the U.S.

O.K. Did not know that. I guess these are just people spending their money the way they want to. They are probably not as knowledgable as some on the availability of H&R barrels from the factory. I have some barrels for sale now and if I can't get the asking prices I might try the ebay route too. Thank you for the info.
