Value of Beretta 303

A friend of a friend passed away and his family is selling his guns.  I am interested in a Beretta 303 12g. and need an idea on what to offer.  It is the base model 303 (not the trap version, plain stock, no fancy stuff).  Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you for the info.  It has been like pulling teeth to get prices from the local gunshops.
