12ga barrel in a 10ga forend

Can you use a 10ga forend on a 12ga barrel?  I like the look of the longer forend and was just curious if the 12ga barrel would fit properly, without any large gaps where it cradles into the forend.

If its a 12 guage ultra slug barrel then its made from a 10 guage blank so it will be the same size as your 10 guage barrel, i just had them fit a 12 guage ultra slug barrel to my 10 guage frame.
