What kind of powder do you use in your inline ML?  The "real thing" Goex, or replica's, 777, Pyrodex, American Pioneer, BlackMag 3, Pinnacle, or some other.

Two 50 grain Pyrodex pellets!

I tried some of the new stuff, like Clean Shot and 777, but came back to Pyrodex!
Two reasons I came back: 1. It was no easier to clean.  2. It was no more accurate!

I like to use goex black powder in mine if i can not find true black powder I use pyrodex.
the main reason is the goex is, it is about 1/2 the price of the pyrodex and normaly easy to find around me. they both work very well for me

Make mine American Pioneer Powder FFFg.

Don't want to sound like a broken record, but it's clean, no rotten egg smell, no swabbing between shots, NO Crud rings or stuck breech plugs..ever! 8)  And it's easy on the wallet. About $16-17 bucks a pound when bought in bulk.

In four years, 9 deer,  and 7lbs later, never had ANY problems with moisture.

Fired it in CVA MagHunter, Kodiak, and Optima.

The factory seal on the jar is not the greatest.  Once opened just re-seal it with a doubled over piece of plastic wrap between the cap and jar!

If ya shoot allot or a little it's great stuff!

FFG. Been using it since it first came out, as "Clean Shot", before the Hodgen lawsuit. No moisture problems, easy clean-up, less fouling! Use it in my T/C, Encore, and Firehawk. Also NEF/H&R Huntsman."

I've got a couple Lbs of Goex 3fg that I use in my Flintlock that I'm going to try in my new inlines.  I might even try a lighter load and a patched round ball once I get a bullet load worked out.  Are Power Belts any good?
