I picked up a very nice B&L Balvar B internal adjustment scope off ebay.  Does anybody have any experience with these scopes?  It is in almost new condition and appears to have very nice glass.  Just curious to see what your thoughts may be.

In its day it was about as good as it got. BUT it's day has long since past. Even moderately priced scopes of today should have better optics and about as good of mechanics. The current Elite 3200 line is far superior. Still it's a solid scope and will do anything anyone hunting in legal shooting hours in the US is likely to need done.

Thanks for the info Graybeard.  I know that newer scopes have better glass, this just seems like a nice piece of equipment.  It is not as bright as my Bushnell Trophy but it seems like you can look through it forever and never feel like you have strained eyes.  This is a improvement over some of the cheaper optics.
