MILLETT Scope

I just ordered a MILLETT BUCK LIGHTNING 1.5 X6X44 I/R RIFLE SCOPE.
It's going on my Weatherby Mark V .460Wby.
I gave Millett a call to ask some question they were very nice and informative.
I was really worried about the recoil. They said told there scope SHOULD take the pounding of the big rifle.
Also was told if anything happens to the scope i.e. glass falls out/cracks (not do to abuse) crossers break I/R breaks that they would replace it for free.(Part of there Warranty: Millett Lifetime Guarantee - Transferrable lifetime warranty against manufacturing or material defects.)
Wanted to try out a Mueller scope but they didn’t offer the power range I wanted in there rifle scope line up. I know they have a shotgun/muzzleloader scope that would fit the bill but I have 0 confidence in a shotgun scope for this rifle. I know it says for high powered rifle but I just don’t feel right ordering one just yet. Will see how this Millett works.
Now to the question has anyone every own one?

Thanks Warf

I own a 4X compact model in their Buck Silver line. I'm very impressed with it for the price I paid. The view is a little fuzzy but it was easy to sight-in and remains on target, shot after shot.
I have mine on a .35 Remington.
