Does anyone know anything about Tingle muzzleloading rifles or pistols?

From my feeble memory, they were made in the 1960's by Bob Tingle. Innovative for the time. You might call them the first in-lines. Had a reputation for accuracy. Have no idea how many were made. Always wanted one of his pistols. Two or three companies copied his pistols in later years. If you have one to shed, I'd like to know, but have no idea of values.

Tingle also made a traditional side lock percussion half stock rifle. Looked a bit like a plains rifle.

thanks guys, I appriciate the info. I think I will continue to keep an eye out for one. I have been told that some were built for target use.

The half stock rifle was billed as a target rifle. It weighed around nine pounds and had a coil spring lock. They show up in the on-line gun auctions from time to time.
