« on: August 24, 2005, 06:10:37 AM »
Has anybody used the factory Remington 45-70 405 gr. loads in a T&C handgun? I know there low pressure but will they work in T&C factory barrels? How did they perform on game? Thanks in advance for any information.

I found them to be a very good match for the T/C handguns. And for deer, hogs and black bear, in my opinion they will do the job.  :D

Ditto to Redhawk's comments.  Depending on barrel length they may or may not expand very much, but they will still kill well at short range.
