    You could always have a factory shotgun barrel fitted and sell the 25/06 barrel to someone here ---like me  :-D  :-D

Sorry, but noooooo..  :wink:   I bought a 25-06 for a reason, just gonna take a while to get where Im goin with it.  I'll send the whole deal back next week, and hope that I'll have it back before mid september.  I must say that I ve been very disapointed with this paticular gun, I ve delt with NEF/Marlin guns my entire life, and this is the first problem I ve had, so I should  just chalk it up to experiance,  and hope that the company will really stand by thier promise.  (repair, or replace in one weeks time).
I'll keep everyone posted..... Untill the next chapter in the saga of the 25-06 take care and good shooting!!

It's not often you get a rifle that shoots like that. My .243 will shoot dime size groups at 100 when I hold it steady enough. I'm going PD blastin' with it tomorrow, I'll let yuoall know how it did.
Ohhhh, I hate when that happens :eek:
