I am almost afraid to mention it for fear of jinxing it.

We finally found a buyer for our mobile home we own (that's another LONG story), so we have been house hunting and found this one ...

20 miles out of town. 25 acres, 2 large barns (28x40), a small pond, a large coullee on one side that has a steady population of pheasant and grouse, a shelter belt with a nice herd of mule deer living there, and we saw a few antelope hanging around as well. Surrounded on 3 sides with wheat fields (in stubble right now) that would most surely attact a few geese in the fall.

Lots of room for shooting range, places for the boys to roam and learn about the outdoors, a quiet spot for mom and dad to wake with coffee on the deck ... a view of the Highwood Mountains ...

We put a bid in on it last friday. God, please let this work out ......

Can I get some of you to make a few prayers for me? This would be a dream come true for me.

Thank you all for the kind thoughts and prayers ... I should know something by thursday. The owner works for the forest service and is out of town.

I am so nervous/excited about this I couldn't sleep last night ...

If I get this place, there will be a nice cookout planned and everyone is invited!!!!!!!!

Good luck. I can see this place of yours as the perfect HeadQuarters when you have that GBO P-Dog Shoot North. You even have room for us to put our tents and trailers. And room to do final sightings.
