 I shoot a Sako .243 Bull barrel.  It likes 33 grains of IMR 3031, CCI 200 primer and Sierra 100 gr BTSP.  This is a mild load and extremely accurate in my gun.  Even with my old eyes I can still get quarter sized groups at 100 yards.  I have killed lots of deer with this load and have also taken a good number of hogs.  Load a few and take them to the range, I'd bet you will like them.

I'm getting excellent accuracy using 100 grain Nosler Partitions behind 41.5 grains of IMR 4350. I've tested the load using Winchester WLR primers and CCI 200 primers. There was a pretty small difference in muzzle velocity with the two primers. This load is yielding a muzzle velocity of 2872 fps.

Go to the Hodgdon Powder sight, buy some H-4895 powder and try their "Youth, Plinking loads."

http://www.hodgdon.com/data/youth/index.php

Look at the above sight in the lower left of your screen you will see .243 Win caliber.  Click on it and you will have the Hodgdon suggestion.

Good luck

you have to be kidding me?  the 243 is a ladies load.   even you said you dont want to download.   if she cant handle a 243, she aint going to be able to shoot anything over a 22.

For a long time I used the 90 grain Corelokt that Remington made for use in the .244, that I had. When they became unavailable my Dad went to the 5 grain Sierra while I used the 87 grain Hornady. Nosler makes a 90 grain bullet or two, but I've never used one.  :-)

The posts to which you refer may have been posted in a lighthearted vein, it does not change the fact that even with 100 gr bullet at 3000fps it is a relatively light recoiling round.
