im way way faster than i thought

i just chrono graphed my speed.

im shooting 2316s...at 29", with 100 grain rock mtn broadheads with a total arrow weight of 500 grains.

my bow is a martin mamba 55# recurve.

i just chronographed it at 195, 193 and 194 in three consecutive shots.

how fast are you?.....i feel that my speed is very fast but i really dont know how fast most other recurves shoot to know that for certain.  

only reason i figured i should check is cuz i think i wanna know how much kinetic energy i have.

i honestly expected to see a reading of about 160

Its not uncomon for lighter weight arrows like that to shoot near 200fps or better.  I try to keep my arrows 600+grs and usually get speeds around 180-190fps in high performance recurves. and longbows in the 60-65lb range.
