What is a good factory load (I do not reload) for a 12 inch Encore
in 454 ?

Deer are easy to kill, you don't need any special load to get the job done.

I would have to agree with Dusty Miller, deer are not that hard to kill. But you will have to try several different loads to see what works best in your particular gun. What works well for me, might not work for you.

Are you kidding? I chalenge you find a 454 load that wont work well on deer :lol:
