HANDI RIFLE HAMMER

I have a 2001 Handi Survivor with the hammer extention for a righty, and I am a lefty. I notice it is square, do I put a wrench on it and cock it a bit to get it off and put it on the other side? Thanks for any advice - Gordy.

It has socket head set-screw within it that holds it on the hammer spur. IIRC, it takes a 5/64" allen wrench.....it's listed in the FAQ.

Thank you Tim, I went to the FAQs at the top of the page, but that was just forum talk. How do I get to where you are talking about? I would rather find  things out myself rather than bother people with minor questions. Regards - Gordy.

The FAQ is a sticky at the top of this forum list, there are others on trigger work and Cleaning & Lapping... The hammer extension info is one of the last posts in the FAQ.
