Lightest 7-08 bullet weight for Encore 24"

What's the lightest bullet weight and thinnest jacket I should look for in factory 7-08 ammo for shooting goats with the Encore? I'll be in a bush reserve and want the bullet to break up either at, or soon after impact.

I would suggest the 120 gr V-Max from Hornady. I have used this on whitetail with terminal effect and no exit when shooting broadside.
