Vang a free pass?

Jury was selected for the Vang trial in just 4 hours. 10 women and 4 men. So the jury will be stacked with women from one of the most liberal areas of WI. Since it has been shown lately on some really public juries that the women tended to  be more sympathetic I fear this does not bode well.

Well Just talked to my brother who is a retired WI Game Warden. He told me that some of his best juries were mostly women. He said that if the Prosecution can ram home the fact that Vang shot a unarmed 18 year old woman in the back he will get what is coming to him. Let alone the other unarmed guys he shot. I certainly hope Justice will prevail.

A couple of things out of the Orlando Sentinel newspaper this morning.
" A deer hunter went on a rampage last fall, killing (6) hunters and wounding(2), after he felt............INSULTED!!!!!! "
Another thing...............Wis does not have the ....DEATH PENALTY.
If convicted he faces life in prison.  It went on to say , " deer hunter`s trail in deaths of 6 begins in Wisconsin."  Looks like the trail is being held in Hayward, Wis.  Is this going to be a tough call for the jury as some think or ??

I heard that some of the Hmong refugees from the Gulf coast were being sent to Wisconsin (I guess that authorities figured they'd fit in there) !

Naw, I suspect he shouldn't. Likely not within the GBO guidelines for language. But it's OK to think it. We all do.
