NEF/H&R FAQ page, what a joke!

I was perusing the NEF website the other day and read the FAQ page.  These guys really seriously have an attitude or they just simply don't feel like the general public is worth the time to actually EXPLAIN things.  "Q: Can you drill and tap a shotgun barrel for a scope? A: No"  No explanations whatsoever, just NO.

In reality, I just had a warranty repair done by them and they were nice on the phone and did the job in a timely manner, but I have to laugh when I see that FAQ page!

On the other hand....the NEF FAQ page on GBO is full of very usefull information.

BoneDigger-I hear ya. Many of us have been pleading for a revised and more useful website. Such as what you mentioned with a better FAQ page. As long with other useful info like news on upcoming promotions, and lists of all their stock including barrels that are "hidden" in the warrehouses.
Only time will tell if they actually listen. But a lot of time has already passed :evil:
