I see that midsouth has a special on these dies or should I stick with RCBS dies.
Next question loading for the BC do I need a crimp roll die ?
What would you recommend in loading the 45-70 :D  :-D

I use Lee dies with their Factory Crimp die.  Works great for me.

My lee .45-70 dies work perfectly. The hornady set i bought before them had the strangest seating die i've ever seen and i never could get it to seat to the same depth twice.

let me ask I know the gun comes with the rear peep and the lyman front with 7 inserts, with sep up what distance can the guu be  shot at.
HOW MANY OF YOU WHO OWN THE HANDI 4-70 BC STICK WITH THE FACTORY SIGHT,tHE GUN ALSO CUMES  WITH A BSES MOUNT IF A SCOPE WOULD LIKE TO MOUNT.(CORRECT) .NEXT QUESTION WHAT WOULD BE A GOOD STARTING BULLET TO SHOOT THE GUN FOR THE FIRST TIME.
i READ IMR3031 IS A GOOD PWDER TO START WITH/
NOW FOR THE GUN WHO OWN THEM HOW DO YOU FIND THEM IN THE AFIELD WITH THE 32 INCH BARREL
I WILL BE IN PA IN 4 WEEKS WILL LIKE TO PLACE THE ORDER FOR THE BC IN TANNERVILLE WALMART SHOP,WONDER HOW LONG IT WILL TAKE TO HAVE THEM DELIVER THE GUN
I WILL BE UP ON A 6 DAY EARLY M/L HUNT WITH MY FLINTER.
WHAT BULLET TO START WITH WOULD BE A GOOD CHOICE.
HOW MANY OF YOU HUNT WITH THE 32 INCH BARREL AND WHAT ARE YOUR REVIEWS ON THE LONGER BARREL.
MY FLINTERS STOP AT 28 INCHES AND SEEM NOT TO HAVE ANY PROBLEM
I MAY JUST KEEP IT FOR AWHILE AS A BENCH REST SHOOTER
HEY IF IT SHOOTS AS GOOD AS MY HANDI 30-06 3 SHOTS UNDER 7/8 AT THE 100 YARD TArget  :)  :-D  :D

Lonewolf, why all the caps???? Use of caps makes a post hard to read and is considered yelling.....I may be hard of hearing, but I can read just fine if lower case is used most of the time with a cap used when approapriate!!! :-D  :-D  :-D

The BC comes with the Williams WGRS rear sight, it is also drilled and tapped for the scope base but it doesn't come with one.

Don't plan on getting a BC from Walmart any sooner in another city, their national supplier has none in stock right now and hasn't for quite some time. It's always possible for Sports South to get one in, but that apparently doesn't happen often, I check at least once a week on their inventory, and have yet to see one in the last 6 months. I checked again today.. Nada! :(

Thanks quick: sorry for the caps, but I should wear glases when I type, the larger type on the screen make it easy to read
