I have a project in mind and was wondering what pressure this cartridge operates at?

Tha max pressure I see at Hodgdon's website is 57,300 PSI.  Remember, these are regulated  starting and max loads according to Hodgdon's data.  Hope this helps.

Check out this site. http://www.chuckhawks.com/460_SW_Mag.htm

The official SAAMI maximum average pressure (MAP) is 65,000 psi!

Thanks for that confirmation RH1.  I had a feeling it was around 65,000 psi as the 454 Casull is around that same limit.

I used to go to Chuck's website and read alot from there.  I stopped when I guess he needed to start some sort of membership, and hence, the info was more limited unless I joined.
