help me decid on some

although not  a newbie to muzzloading  i have not killed an animal with one  ive shot traditional quite a bit.  i do have a cheap CVA hunter eclipse 50 caliber but i likem the gun  so far  i am using remington 209 primer 2 pellets triple 7 and i am currently shooting hornadys  s xtp 45 caliber 240 gr in a 50 caliber sabot.  i am also shooting thompson center cheap shots 240 gr with a huge hollowpoint with 50 caliber sabots  shopuld i jump up to the 300 gr 45 cal xtp with a 50 cal sabot or stick to these loads. the cheap shots are giving me 1 inch 50 yards groups the hornadys are not far behind i havent playes with to many other bullets  and I know powerbelts are not in the running  cost being themain factor i do have powder measure and all but would rather use pellets as they are easier.  also my fist shot is way off from a clean barrel  i thought of before a hunt fouling the barrel at the range before a hunt then swabbing it out  what do you all think  when swabbing in between shots at the rang  i sue windex as it is so cheap and works great  or should i clean the gun  out  i am using bore butter no oils at all and fire a few primer?  i havent had a chance to do that then fire the gun. also i am planning on hunting pigs and deer with this gun ive been told the 300 xtp is a much better killer than the 240 xtp thanks in advance

There is a reason why CVA puts .295 powerbelts in their pkg guns...
I bite the bullet on the cost of the first box, and then buy them on sale
at walmart, around the first of the year... 5 bucks a pkg....or, shoot pbr at the range, and hunt with powerbelts....
