Well I finnaly broke down,made up my mind and bought myself a new 1911.Got a Springfield Full Size Custom Loaded in stainless today from Southeastern Guns in B'ham (Trussville).Now am thinking about a .357 wheelgun.Maybe Smith 686 or a Ruger GP 100...........Rick

I sure wish you'd hurry up and wring out that Springer and let us know how it does!!!!  I'd like to have another 1911 and have toyed with the pistol you just bought.  Initial impressions are positive, but "The proof is in the pudding" and I just found a Chef!!   :-D

Congrats. I guess you are a bonified gun nut. Barely get one gun in the door and your thoughts are on to other things. I don’t quite feel so bad knowing there are others out there similar to me. Heck… hanging out here even makes me look good sometime, jk  :-)

Darn,guess I'm going to have to take up handloading cuz I went to the range this morning and went thru almost 300 rounds in my SA .45 :lol: It sure does shoot "sweet" and I can hit something with it too :eek: .......Rick

Went to range again today.Ran about 300 again thru my SA .45 and about 150 thru my SBH .44.Great day when you have the range all by yourself :grin: .............Rick
