Opening Morning Success

Most of the family(two had to work) was out long before sun-up this morning.  Just before sun-up the wife scored on a big bodied 3x3 Mulie with her 6.5mm Swede.  Our oldest Daughter and Granddaughter both scored around 8 a.m. on nice Mulie bucks(2x3 & big forked horn) taken within 15 minutes of each other.  Granddaughter was using her 7mm-08 and the Daughter used her .240 Weatherby.  As we were heading back home with three deer in the truck we saw a small herd of Wild Hogs.  I nialed a nice eating sow, 117 lbs. dressed, right at 200 yards with my Father’s .30-06.  All were one shot kills using Barnes TSX bullets.  Had them all hanging in the walk-in cooler before lunch.  Lawdog

Good shootin - I'll bet they have the same coach and armorer.  You need to send some picts to Barnes.  They ought to send you some freebies for using their product.
I hope to have a success story next week.
