barrel availability for Vaquero's?

I'm inquiring about where I may find a 4 1/2" or 4 5/8" barrel for my stainless Vaquero.  I'd like the barrel to be near flush with the ejector housing.  

Presently it has a 5" or 5.5" barrel that sticks out a whee more then the housing..  

Also,  how difficult is it to remove and install barrels?  Special tools?

try ebay theres usually some on there. Youll need a barrel vise to do it properly.
