I hope you guys aren't sick of my 50-70 babble, but thats my new toy right now. I just shot some new loads, and I am much happier!. My dies only size the necks to about .514" so most of my available bullets are all but useless. I do have a 500 grain mold that casts at .515", so I have been hand lubing them to shoot. I tried a couple of loads with Unique powder, and the oversize bullets shot a .638" group at 35 yds.! I went up a grain, and the second group was even better! It was too dark to chronograph, but the 500's definately kick a little. This accuracy improvement is awesome! If anyone hasn't read my previous posts, this is a 6 1/2" TC barrel. Thanks for listening.
