What do they tast like?
I'd take a sika over twice the whitetail venison any day of the week. My mother AND wife feel the same way.
I tested this by putting them both side by side an three separate occasions. Both types were cooked the same way as the others and my wife has chosen the sika EVERY time over the whitetail.
I also butcher the deer the same way and let them hang for the same amount of time.
IMHO (and my family's) the Sika is better.
