Ten Point trigger

My father just bought a Ten Point crossbow.  He is a little unhappy with the trigger pull.  Is there anything he can do to improve the trigger pull?

Couple questions:

1. What model 10pt does he shoot?  Only the elites and the qx-4 have the advertised 3.5lb trigger.
2. If he's got a Titan, contact TenPoint in regards of having a powertouch trigger installed.
3.DO NOT, in any shape or form, alter the trigger mechanism to get a lighter/smoother pull.
