Replacing your rolling block barrel will require the services of a good lathe operator/gunsmith experienced at rebarreling rolling blocks.
Your gun is probably a Navy Arms .357 carbine, and the barrel threads are vee-metric rather than the standard USA 12 tpi square threads.
The barrel must be headspaced to your action, milled to fit the breech block, timed to orient the sights, sights installed, chambered, and test fired. I'm not aware of any current sources for replacement barrels that will fit. Many machinists will shy away from this project because it requires a gunsmithing license and liability protection.
If you have access to the lathe, and special tools, then YES, it's a simple operation.
