Firearms manufacturers and dealers can't be sued for third party criminal misuse of their product.
For the time being, average people will still be able to get plenty of guns because those manufacturers and dealers won't be sued into bankruptcy.
To you and I, this vote boils down to whether or not your "representative" voted to permit the frivolous destruction of businesses that provide tools that
you need to protect
your freedom.
A failure to even record a vote is equally telling. I mean who really gives a damn, right?
