Why not go to the Marlin web site and do a Dealer search for the nearest dealer to you.  Go to http://www.marlinfirearms.com/dealers/searchByState.htm for the search site.  Lawdog

Do you live near a Walmart? They will order it for you. Ask to see the special order book at the sporting goods counter.

I am not in "Kalitaxia" but here in California Big 5 Sports is still selling firearms.  I was in there yesterday looking over their shotguns.  And it will be another 3 years before Wal-Mart can get their permit to sell firearms back after their penalty period is over for violating the law.  Lawdog

Mainly Wal-Mart broke a number of laws relating to keeping the records of received and sold firearms.  Improper reregistering ammo sales(mainly not logging in pistol ammo sales).  There were a few others but mainly Wal-Mart didn't keep accurate records and failed to fill out forms correctly.  Wal-Mart had been warned in writing three times in the past.  I guess Wal-Mart didn’t figure that they had to adhere to the laws like everyone else.  Maybe the fine of $250,000 per violating store(8 stores total) that were caught by agents and a statewide loss of their license for 6 years will change their minds.  Lawdog

Impact Guns has the Marlin Cowboy.  Have your dealer order or find an FFL to have this shipped to.
