Pondering my next purchase

I am looking into buying another barrel for my encore pistol.  What I will be hunting is deer, bear, and hopefully elk.  I would limit my shots to under 150 yards and want something that you could buy ammo off the shelf for.  I already have the following calibers: 44 mag, 45-70, 243 win.  I was thinking along the lines of either 308 win, 30-06, or 375 JDJ.  Any suggestions?

From your choices I would go with the 30-06. Also look into a custom 300 Win Mag or have a rifle 300 Win mag barrel cut down and recrowned.  :D
