A few years ago Remington discontinued selling .35 Remington as componants. I called Midway at that time, and they told me that it is no longer available and might go obsolete. Midway started to offer winchester brand, but back then it was only during their once a year special around hunting season for obsolete calibers. I know that the winchester brand has been available, but once one maker deems a caliber obsolete, I was figuring that Winchester would too, especially since it was a Remingoton catridge.
I also noticed on the Remington website that they ovvered the pumpaction 7600 in a special run this year in .35 Remington, and .35 Whelan. So it looks like it wont go obsolete like I was fearing.
By the way, I am from Mass, and a lot of suppliers stopped selling componants to our state because we have a over zelous AG who is trying to scare suppliers from sellin gto gun owners in the state. Midway no longer sells to Mass anymore.
