i see on another site gun smith David White will do a rechamber of your NEF 44mag barrel to 445sm for $100.00 :shock:

Hey Jeff, did the reamer make it back to you yet?
I got my 44 barrel today, didn't want to get on the reamer list until I knew when I'd have it. Never heard anything from H&R about getting my receiver, but they sent it out a little over two weeks after they got it, so I can't complain there. BTW, I sent you an email to the ultraslug@yahoo addy.

I saw that too a few weeks ago ... I just laughed as I added more cutting oil and kept on turning the reamer in the barrel ...

You did a GREAT job with the reamer pass-around. :wink:

I have finished the rechamber on mine and need to send the reamer back to Jeff. My wife should get it out in the morning.

Jeff, if you want it sent somewhere else you better speak up quickly. I know your friend wants to ream his Contender. Just let me know. Otherwise it will be coming to you (Jeff).

you can just send the reamer back to me Ed.that will be just the ticket.

if anyone needs the reamer returned back to them for another job just let me know and it will be on its way.
