How long did your stupidity last?

My stupidity lasted for a long time, I'm close to 47. I've owned over a dozen muzzleloaders. I never had one that would shoot as good as I knew I could shoot. Today I traded a AR15 for a new SS Encore with a Nikkon scope. Two Pyrodex pellets and a 300gr shockwave bullet produced a 3 shot one hole nickle sized group from 50 yards without patching in between shots. I moved to a longer range of 125  yards and dang it, I hit within one inch of my sight picture. This thing will shoot better than I can hold it. I always wanted one. I heard many powerful claims from their owners. Finally I believe them. A black comic had a routine a about "How long will this bull**** go on?" Well mine lasted pretty darn long. I see the light and the error of my ways. Could someone please pass me my sign....

I will never shoot any other muzzleloader except my Encore's.  :D My buddy has two of them that I sold him. I had 4 Encore muzzleloader but I am down to 2. I also have 2 other complete Encores, a 416 Rigby and a 22-250. I love the Encore set up.

My 50cal Encore will print 5/8 three shot groups at 100yards using 2 50gr pellets of pyrodex and 250gr Shockwaves. Only my .223 barrel shoots better.

I have an Encore too, but I like my Omega Z5 a little bit better.............
