my wife bought me a new muzzleloader last CHRISTmas and ive been itchin all year to put it to use so last weekend was opening morning of muzzleloading season here in arkansas.went to stand and sat maybe 30 minutes little 5 pointer walked into food plot and i took the shot. I regret saying i made a bad shot on the deer and myself and a freind tracked this deer for 5 hours before recovering it. its not a big buck by any means but im more proud of it than any of the others due to the effort put into tracking this deer. We sure were glad to find it, i hate losing wounded game. I will not soon forget my first muzzleloader experience.
