Thinner front sight blade for S&W 617

The front sight blade on my 617 has gotten kind of rounded off on the edges over the years.  I'd like to replace it with a narrower one, but I can't seem to find any--not even at Brownell's.  What are my options, other than trying to grind off some metal from a thicker blade?   Any advice would be appreciated.

Contact S&W. They used to stock different blade thicknesses for their revolvers. If they don't have them a custom built blade is likely the only option left.
