ALMOST THERE WITH THE 45-70 BC
« on: November 01, 2005, 08:14:30 AM »
The lee dies came to day along with the brass and nech expanders .458 @ .459 @ powder compression die all I need now are the cast 405 bullets :-D
I was surprise that the lee dies don't come with a locking ring, this may be a little pain on the butt  when changing dies. I still have the old RCBS single stage press RCBS CHUCKER man has to be going on 40 years old and still works like new. :D

The Hornady and Forster lock rings will fit the Lee dies if you want a good lock ring that is consistent and doesn't use a set screw that pins against the threads like RCBS and others.

Glad it's all coming together for ya!!!
