Slugguns, like rifles, tend to group different brands of bullets/slugs differently, some better, some worse. My recomendation, based on what works in my sluggun, could give poor results in yours, so what you need to do, is go out and purchase several brands, and try them, and see how they group, in your individual gun.
More importantly, you need to define what type of shooting you're going to be doing, at what distance, to even determine wether you only require a foster type slug, or saboted slugs. Will the gun be scoped? Do you intend to shoot at ranges past 75 yards? If not, I'd suggest trying several brands of foster slugs, and see how they group, it will save you a lot of money, however, if the plan is to shoot at ranges well beyond 75 yards(which a rifled barrel with saboted slugs is quite capable of), then you'll be wanting to experiment with various brands of saboted slugs, and see how they group.
I can tell you what I use, and what works for me, and what I sight them in at, as I am in a shotgun only state for deer, and I use both foster slugs & saboted slugs in the 3 slug guns I have, but again, you should only consider these very general guidelines, you need to experiment a little, and see what your gun likes.
Sincerely,
Garry
