id love to help you out and good news, im on a high school students budget so you should be fine!
1st go get ur self a BDU top from ur local army navy store base your colors of the vegatation growing in spring in your area, this is about 25 bucks.
now head to a sports store, wall mart, dicks somethin thatll sell a volley ball net ( i know what ur thinking but trust me)
now get some burlap and jute cord (burlap bags and bailing twine) living on a farm all theese materials are readily avalible to me, ask a farmer whos land u may hunt hell prolly give it to ya free!
Now the dye, you need some hard core clothing dyes, in blacks, greens, and browns, mix theese in five gallon buckets till u get almost a black brown, black green, and plain ol black.
so now ya got some dyed burlap and jute a volley ball net and a BDU, not the material that come to most hutners minds when they think camo but u my freind have enlightened!
now cut your burlap into 12 to 18 inch strips the width should match the links on your netting.
now the hard part, its worth it however (to some
)you need to stich the netting to the BDU stich with an X pattern over the spots were the netting forms an X ,this is the long part, but keep in mind with this camo you can literally disapear into a hallside or feild edge.
YAY, now the netting is done, dont put away the neddle and thread yet though, u gotta stich ur burlap onto there, this isnt as hard as the netting part but some people choose to go "shaggy stile" and use all jute cord wich can be tied on.
good luck, this will improve your hunting skills greatly if you learn to use it right!
one more thing once its all done leave some long peices of jute cord so you can tie on vegatation near by!
